broken ac bad customer service
the staff were cute. breakfast was delicious and excellent. we experienced both rain and beautiful weather.
the customer service felt really bad. i was checked into a room with a bad scent and broken ac. at check-out, they didn't allow a 1 pm extension. most 5-star hotels do that.
